A little bit about me!

Hey!

I'm Angalene, mum of 4 to my 2 handsome boys and 2 beautiful girls. I was always into sports growing up but its since having children that my health and fitness journey really began. My weight went up and down between each pregnancy and in 2017 I made the decision that I needed to go all in and commit to getting fitter and healthier.

I lost over 3 stone working out at home and making simple and sustainable changes to my nutrition. It wasn't all about the weight loss though, I fell in love with how fitness made me feel. Resistance training in particular made me feel stronger inside and out. It is then that it became my passion to empower other women to feel the same way, and that is when Angie Lean Fitness was created. I am now a qualified coach and my workouts and programs will get you working on both cardio and strength.

I am super excited to have you join the team and to be part of your heath and fitness journey. Whatever your starting point, whatever your goals are we will work together to reach them. I am always here to support you & will encourage you to push yourself to where you want to be. Looking forward to smashing a workout with you!
