My workouts and programs are suitable for all fitness levels. Online workouts are housed in the Members Area along with recipes and resources to guide and support you.


There will be fresh new workouts each week and the workouts will be released on their set days. As it is an online subscription you have the flexibility to complete the workouts whenever and wherever is convenient for you.

1:1 Personal Training will be in and around the Bromley area. I provide 60 min training sessions tailored towards your goals. This can be either in the gym or at your home.

TOTALLY SHREDDED

This class uses a Step to do either interval style training or a choreographed step routine. Its fun, suitable for all fitness levels and can be done in 30 minutes.
